SL-1200 power cable

Replacement power cable and mounting plate for Technics 1200 series turntables. This unit has been rebuilt with new parts and the outside plate is painted black for better aesthetics. Overall cable length is almost 6 feet, outside cable length is just under 5 feet

All you need to do is remove the old power cable by cutting the leads under the platter and cover plate. Then you would solder this in place. To install this, you will need basic tools such as Phillips head screwdriver, wire cutters and of course a soldering iron and solder.

Please note, due to supply issues…item (plate or grommet) color may vary. Plate may be black or silver, grommet may be black or white. In most cases, this doesn’t matter as it’s only a cosmetic issue on a hidden part. If you buy two or more, you will get a matched pair.

You should have a basic knowledge of how to solder if buying this item.  This piece can be used as an OEM replacement for a damaged power cable or if you have the Euro style 220 cable and you just want a standard US cable and not deal with adapter plugs.
